Dragonfly working hours are 08:30-17:30 Monday-Friday. For any non-urgent issues within your apartment please submit the following form and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible within working hours.For any emergency issues (see definition below), please contact Concierge.Examples of emergencies includes: Defects causing immediate danger, such as electrical faults that are likely to cause shock or fire. Defects that will cause further damage to the property if sustained, such as an uncontainable water leak. Complete loss of hot water. Complete loss of heating in winter. Defects that cause a high security risk. Please note, if Concierge contact an out-of-hours team for an issue which is subsequently not considered to be an ‘emergency’, you may be liable for the cost of any time spent on call-outs to your apartment. To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide as much information as you can as well as any images.
