For any non-urgent issues within your apartment please submit the following form and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible within working hours.

For any emergency issues (see definition below), please contact Concierge.

Examples of emergencies includes:
  • Defects causing immediate danger, such as electrical faults that are likely to cause shock or fire.
  • Defects that will cause further damage to the property if sustained, such as an uncontainable water leak.
  • Complete loss of hot water.
  • Complete loss of heating in winter.
  • Defects that cause a high security risk.
Please note, if Concierge contact an out-of-hours team for an issue which is subsequently not considered to be an ‘emergency’, you may be liable for the cost of any time spent on call-outs to your apartment.

To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide as much information as you can as well as any images.
